Role Overview
We are seeking Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants to support learning across primary and infant schools. Roles include day-to-day supply, part-time, and long-term assignments. Placements are available in Northamptonshire and surrounding areas, including Rugby, so the ability to drive and travel is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Support pupils individually and in small groups
Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Support pupils with additional needs where required
Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour
Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
Previous experience working in UK schools
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Ability to travel to schools across Northamptonshire and Rugby
Patient, flexible, and reliable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
