Extrusion Operative - Temp to Perm
Location: Desborough
Pay Rate: 12.50/hour + 1/hour shift bonus (subject to 100% attendance, no non-conformance, and no missed overtime)
Shifts: 4 on 4 off rotating shifts (Days & Nights: 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)
Breaks: X3 all paid

We are recruiting experienced Extrusion Operatives to join our client in Desborough on a Temp to Perm basis. Full training will be provided, and you'll be working for a company that offers long-term work, stability, and a supportive team environment.
Key Duties:
- Safe & efficient operation of the extrusion and pelletising line following company procedures and product requirements
- Loading the extrusion machine and removing finished product
- Setting & adjusting machine controls, including start-up and shutdown
- Identifying and recording non-conformance, defects, and production failures
- Basic machine maintenance and cleaning
Requirements:
- Previous experience with Extrusion or Conversion Machines is essential
- No jewellery or piercings allowed on site
- Must be able to work rotating day and night shifts
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team
