This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional seeking a long-term career within a supportive, fast-paced, and client-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations for the sales team and delivering an outstanding service to clients.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys building strong relationships, and can balance multiple priorities without compromising on quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to the sales team, including handling new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and client queries.
  • Work with a variety of agricultural and commercial insurance products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations at all times.
  • Organise and prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.

Essential:

  • Knowledge of agricultural and/or commercial insurance products.
  • Previous experience as an account handler (or similar) within a broker environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience of working to high standards of FCA compliance.

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting a sales team.
  • Skilled in negotiating with insurers.
  • Proficient in Acturis, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
