Are you looking to start a new project? Are you an experienced multi trade who is proficient in carpentry and plumbing alongside other skills?
Our client is looking for confident Multi Skilled Tradespersons required to work within tenanted and void properties across Northamptonshire as part of a longer term repairs and maintenance project for up to 18 months.
Duties of the Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber role will include, but is not limited to:
- Responding to domestic repairs and maintenance in a timely manner
- Undertaking all domestic plumbing and joinery works
- Including knowledge of basic carpentry, joinery, plumbing, tiling, vinyl flooring and patch plastering
- Using a PDA or paper based reporting systems
- Meeting all regulatory and H&S requirements
- Driving a company vehicle and undertaking regular checks
The successful Multi Trade Operative candidate will have:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a Trade qualification OR relevant experience in a Trades profession
- Hold a driving licence (van will be provided)
