Pay Rate:£12.50 after training/assessmentcompleted on Bendi
PM Shift -Unsocial Hours (20:00-22:00): £15.51/hour
Overtime Pay: Saturday - £15.53/hour | Sunday - £18.73/hour
Shifts:
Monday to Friday
- AM: 06:00 14:00
- PM: 14:00 22:00
We are currently seekingBendi/Flexidrivers to join our team for an immediate start.The candidateshouldhave experience and hold valid/expired certificates on Bendi/Flexi and who is interested to get trained and work on any different MHE as per requirement. The role envoles to operate both manual handlig duties, case picking/packing/restacking and Bendi/Flexiduties during a shift.
As part of the team, you will:
- Operate Bendi/Flexi forklifts (must have relevant licenses & experience, can be license expired).
- Perform manual handling tasks such as stacking, wrapping, order picking, labeling, and loading/unloading.
- Restack garden items on different pallets as part of the Lawn and Garden peak workload.
- Ensure safe and efficient operations while meeting daily productivity targets.
- Must have valid certificates or licenses (accredited) for Bendi/Flexi forklifts.
- Willingness to engage in manual handling and heavy lifting; this role isnot solely forklift operation.
- Flexibility to adapt to physically demanding tasks.
- All candidates must pass adrug and alcohol teston induction day.
- A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- DBS check will require by Siamo
