Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher ready to make a lasting impact in a child's first years of learning? We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic teacher to join a supportive and vibrant early years setting in Kettering.



About the Role:

As an Early Years Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework. You'll play a key role in helping children develop socially, emotionally, and academically in a nurturing and inclusive environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver creative and engaging lessons that meet the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum

  • Foster a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment

  • Monitor and track children's development, providing regular feedback to parents and carers

  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff members

  • Promote positive behaviour and support the individual needs of all children



Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years education

  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

  • A nurturing and creative approach to teaching

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
