A leading international comany in the fashion industry in Northamtponshire are looking for a highly organised and motivated Ecommerce Assistant to join its growing Ecommerce team.This is an exciting opportunity to support the ongoing development of multiple global websites and play a key role in delivering an exceptional digital customer experience.

About the Role

This position sits within the Ecommerce Team and will be central to testing and supporting changes across various international websites. The role spans three key workstreams: continuous improvement (BAU), projects/trading initiatives, and general support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Auditing multiple websites - lookign for issues
  • Creating test plans and performing user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Identifying and raising bugs, coordinating with external agencies and internal teams
  • Supporting project tasks such as industry research, documentation, data preparation, and website set-up
  • Maintaining ecommerce process documentation and training resources
  • Carrying out website content updates and admin tasks across B2B and B2C platforms
  • Assisting with ecommerce reporting
What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Ability to commute to work in Northamptonshire
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency
  • Strong organisational skills and self-motivation
  • Technically minded with a curiosity about how things work
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively
  • Strong Excel skills

Desirable:

  • Degree in Fashion / Marketing
  • Experience with ecommerce processes, website development, or UAT
  • Familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
