- Proven experience in estimating within a construction or building products environment
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to support specification-led sales
- Excellent communication skills—confident dealing with clients, contractors, and specifiers
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Competent IT skills, particularly in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
