Due to continued growth within Logistex, we are looking for a FTC 3 - 6 month Resourcer to join our Recruiter in finding great talent like you!
What is your focus as a Candidate Resourcer?
You will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent for a wide variety of roles across our business. From building strong candidate pipelines to conducting initial screening calls, you will be the first point of contact for many prospective employees.

What are your key responsibilities?
Source and engage candidates using job boards, social media, and direct outreach
Build and maintain talent pools across key disciplines
Screen candidates via phone, email, video, or face-to-face meetings
Represent Logistex in a professional and engaging manner
Support the wider recruitment team with admin and scheduling as required
What are we looking for?
Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
Previous experience in a recruitment, customer service, or people-focused role
Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
Ability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritise effectively
A team player who enjoys working with people from all backgrounds
