- Respond accurately and professionally to customer enquiries within agreed timeframes
- Coordinate customer projects, maintaining visibility of inbound, ongoing and outbound work
- Provision of routine project progress updates to both customers and the operations manager
- Fulfilment of general administrative duties associated with the creation and booking-in of customer projects and product samples
- Contact the in-house and 3rd party subcontractors for sample testing
- Review the test reports and give suggestions to the Decision Maker
- Work to acquire a technical understanding of customers products and SATRA’s range of PPE services
- Develop good working relationships with both colleagues and customers
- Maintain contact with the customer base via telephone, email, on-site meetings and video call
- Maintain accurate data on the company CRM system
- Contribute to other sales and marketing activities, as required
- A minimum of GCSE Grades A-C in Maths, English and a Science (or equivalent qualifications/experience).
