Join Our Team as an Electrical Team Leader!

Are you ready to take the next step in your engineering career? Our client, a respected player in the Engineering sector, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Team Leader to join their dynamic team in the Burton. If you're passionate about control and automation and possess the drive to lead a talented group of professionals, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Produce Risk Assessment & Method Statements to ensure safety and compliance.
Create accurate quotations for various projects.
Manage and supervise work to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
Develop and manage project plans that meet client expectations.
Collaborate with client engineers for seamless project execution.
Order materials and hire necessary equipment for operations.
Complete timesheets accurately for efficient project tracking.

What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:


Control and Automation: Hands-on experience in these areas is essential.
Panel Modification: Proficiency in building and modifying control panels.
Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with BS 60204 regarding electrical equipment of machines/control panels.
Fault Finding and Testing: Experience in diagnosing issues and testing to BS7671 standards.
Schematic Drawings: Ability to read and interpret schematic drawings.
Team Player: Flexibility and adaptability to work within a team and meet tight deadlines.

Essential Qualifications:

Fully qualified in BS 7671 (IEE Wiring Regulations 18th Edition).
Experience in an industrial environment.
Previous supervisory experience is a must.
Ideally, experience operating in a manufacturing setting.
