You will translate client briefs, delegating tasks and collaborate with the installation, production and commercial teams to ensure projects are on track. Designing outdoor leisure equipment, they mostly supply into local authorities but also work on private work for key, blue-chip clients.This role would suit a Design Manager from a Leisure Equipment or Furniture background for a role where you will be responsible for a team of technical experts with full autonomy to develop their careers and drive projects forward.The Role:

• Managing a small team of 5-10 Engineers and Technicians
• Liaising between production, commercial and installation teams
• End-to-end project oversight
