We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor based in Kettering for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.
Summary of the Commercial Property Solicitor roleÂ
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
Location: Kettering
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: full - time Monday to Friday
Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor
- Manage your own caseload, providing end-to-end support on property transactions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process.
- Handle a variety of property matters, including leases, freehold sales/purchases, development land, and agricultural property.
- Liaise with commercial lenders and other third parties involved in property transactions.
- Act for a range of clients, including SIPPs/SASSs, corporate clients, and private individuals.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and related legal documentation.
- Provide clear, accurate advice to clients and ensure compliance with current property law.
Requirements for a successful Commercial Property Solicitor
- Qualified solicitor with proven experience in commercial property law.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice in property transactions.
- Experience managing your own caseload and delivering results independently.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
