We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Aspiring Youth Offending Officer to join our team within a specialist alternative provision in Thrapston. This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary between 22,000 and 24,000, depending on experience.

As an Aspiring Youth Offending Officer, you will support young people who may be at risk of offending or disengaging from education. You'll work as part of a small, passionate team, delivering targeted interventions and fostering positive relationships that encourage behavioural change, personal development, and educational re-engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience & Requirements:
