Private Client Solicitor - Kettering
Full-Time, Permanent

We are looking to appoint a skilled Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' experience handling a broad range of Private Client matters. This opportunity is based in Kettering, with occasional work required at our another office and home visits to clients.

As a long-established firm, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client care. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate solid experience within Private Client work and a genuine commitment to providing an empathetic, efficient and professional service.



Key Responsibilities

  • Managing your own diverse caseload of Private Client matters.

  • Delivering high-quality advice on Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, Inheritance Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney and Trusts.

  • Liaising with executors, trustees, beneficiaries and other legal and professional contacts.

  • Providing sensitive and compassionate support to elderly and vulnerable clients, including carrying out home visits when needed.

  • Supporting the firm's business development through networking, marketing and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Contributing to team performance with a proactive approach to billing and caseload management.



Working Hours

Monday to Friday:
8:45am - 5:00pm
