Job Title: Part-Time Sales Support (Cold Calling & Lead Generation)
Location: Kettering (Office-Based)
Hours: 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM, 3-4 days per week
Rate: 12.21 - 15/hour DOE
Our client is seeking a confident, motivated individual to join their team in a part-time Sales Support role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, has a professional phone manner, and isn't afraid of cold calling.
What You'll Be Doing:
Calling an existing database to generate interest and book meetings for the sales team
Making outbound cold calls to potential leads
Answering incoming phone calls and handling enquiries professionally
Accurately recording call outcomes and updating the CRM system
What They're Looking For:
A confident communicator who is comfortable on the phone
Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is a plus
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
Reliable and punctual, with strong organisational skills
