Salary: Main Pay Scale (MPS) / Upper Pay Scale (UPS), dependent on experience and qualifications
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm
Location: Kettering

We're Looking For Someone Who
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Has proven experience working in a primary school setting
Understands the national curriculum and delivers it effectively
Is passionate about creating inclusive, engaging, and purposeful lessons
Can manage the classroom with confidence and build positive relationships with pupils
Holds a current DBS on the update service (or is willing to apply for one)
Your Role Will Include
Planning and delivering high-quality lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners
Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to support individual achievement
Creating a safe, stimulating, and respectful classroom environment
Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and carers to promote pupil success
Contributing actively to the wider school community
