We're on the lookout for a Service & Planning Administrator to become the backbone of our busy Service Department.Reporting to the Service Office Manager, you'll play a vital role in making sure our engineers, projects, and processes all run like a well-oiled machine. No two days are the same—one minute you’ll be coordinating field engineers, the next you’re processing warranties or fine-tuning reports in the CRM system.If you’re proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your work makes a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!What You’ll Be Doing:Keeping on top of open jobs and essential paperworkProducing official Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) certificationsScheduling LOLER inspections and managing compliance paperworkCoordinating external service engineers and road jobsProcessing invoices, repair & maintenance contracts, and warranty claimsSupporting ongoing system improvements with Epicor and digital reporting toolsAssisting with internal projects and supporting the wider After Sales teamFiling, reporting, and handling general admin duties with efficiency and careWhat We’re Looking For:Super-organised and detail-oriented—you love a tidy system and a ticking to-do listComfortable juggling tasks and switching gears when neededGreat communication skills—friendly, clear, and confidentTech-savvy with experience using systems like Epicor (or quick to learn)A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environmentWhat’s In It For You:Structured work week with an early Friday finish:Mon–Thurs: 8:30am–5:00pmFri: 8:30am–3:45pmThis is a great opportunity to be part of a friendly, down-to-earth team who value what you bring.
