3 man finishing gang

Description

Osenka recruitment are currently looking for an experienced 3-man finishing gangto join our reputableclient on theirresidential housing development. The role will involve high-quality finishing works, ensuring all snagging and final details are completed to a professional standard.

The gang would need to hold minimum 360/Dumper/Roller tickets

Duties will include:

• Carrying out all aspects of finishing work (snagging, patching, touch-ups, final fix)

• kerbing, slabbing, drainage repairs, fencing, and concrete finishing

• Working closely with site managers to meet deadlines

• Maintaining high standards of quality and safety at all times

Location:Rothwell, northamptonshire

Start date:Asap

Duration:Ongoing

Rate:negotiable

Hours:07:30 - 16:30

Requirements:

• dumper/roller

• Proven experience as a finishing gang on residential newbuilds

• CSCS/CPCS/NPORS cards

• Own tools & PPE

• Reliability and attention to detail

• x2 relevantworking references
