Compliance Facilitator

Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire
Salary: Up to 25,500 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

A leading technical organisation based in Kettering is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Facilitator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and supportive environment, contributing to vital compliance, documentation, and process support within the product testing and quality assurance space.

The Role

As a Compliance Facilitator, you will play an important role in supporting testing processes, documentation, and system updates in line with industry standards. This position offers a broad mix of administrative and technical responsibilities, ideal for someone with excellent organisation and a strong eye for detail.

Key Duties Will Include:

  • Supporting the development and progression of technical testing methods
  • Processing customer orders and promoting newly published technical documentation
  • Managing internal reports and helping produce technical articles
  • Handling external training enquiries and system orders
  • Purchasing lab materials and maintaining reference stock
  • Ensuring compliance documentation is current and audit-ready
  • Logging new testing samples and initiating lab processing
  • Assisting with audit preparation, certificates, and system improvements

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail
  • Organised, logical, and methodical in their approach
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team
  • Adaptable and confident using various computer systems (Microsoft Office essential)
  • Able to manage tasks with minimal supervision and communicate effectively
  • Ideally experienced in working to a Quality Management System (QMS)

Desirable Experience:

  • Understanding of national and international standards (e.g. BSI, ISO, ASTM)
  • Familiarity with UKAS requirements

Qualifications

  • 5 GCSEs (Grades C/4 or above) including English, Maths, and Science
  • A business administration qualification or similar would be advantageous
