Year 4 Teacher - September start

Are you an experienced and passionate KS2 teacher ready to inspire and motivate young learners? A friendly and ambitious primary school in Kettering is seeking a Year 4 Class Teacher to join their dedicated team from September 2025.

• Have at least two years of recent teaching experience in Key Stage 2

• Demonstrate strong classroom management and high expectations for all pupils

• Work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the wider school life

• Be well-organised, reflective, and passionate about making a difference in children's lives

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 4 curriculum

• Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback and support

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils

• Uphold the school's values, behaviour policy and safeguarding procedures
