What your day will look like?

  • High volume communication predominately on the phone with customers, ensuring to obtain correct audit and compliance documents.
  • Coordination and planning for upcoming Audits to ensure a smooth process.
  • Undertaking a high volume of telephone audits, applications and contracts.
  • Monitoring compliance, related to regulated agreements.
  • Managing the audit mailers.
  • Develop the training offering for the business around quality assurance, audit procedures.
  • Providing training to new customers around sign up process and requirements for on-boarding.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in financial services or regulated environment, be able to use your initiative, you must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be highly organised and have excellent computer skills.

Salary and Benefits: up to £31,000 + bonus, private healthcare, EAP, discount scheme

This a fully office based role Monday - Friday 830am - 5pm.
