- Booking goods and materials in and out, and updating stock records using Sage
- Tracking stock movements, locations and quantities using Excel
- Producing receipts for materials from suppliers
- Raising any order queries / discrepancies with suppliers and chasing up
- Checking and filing POD's (proof of delivery)
- Organising office stationery and placing orders for any requirements
- Assist with scanning warehouse and driver documentation
- Assist with issuing / storing PPE
- Basic Finance / Purchase Ledger duties including checking and uploading invoices, raising any invoice queries and requesting missing POD / invoices from suppliers
- Previous Administration experience, ideally in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Exposure to Finance / Purchase Ledger would be an advantage
- Good working knowledge of Excel - the role requires management of stock spreadsheets
- Experience of using Sage would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
