Key Account Coordinator

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Up to £33k plus company bonus

Do you have previous experience looking after large B2B customers, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics environment?
Do you have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships, with strong commercial acumen?

Key duties and responsibilities of the Key Account Coordinator:
- Providing day-to-day support to key B2B accounts, manage relationships and processing orders.
- Respond to customer queries i.e., delivery discrepancies, invoice queries & credit requests
- Liaise with the sales team to maximise revenue opportunity, gaining a strong understanding of costing, price list, margin and benchmarking to inform commercial decision making.
- Process customer quotations and sales orders accurately and efficiently, cross selling where appropriate.
- Help manage and coordinate a shared inbox responding to and delegated queries as required within agreed service levels.
- Schedule and plan orders, and review and understand customer forecast data.
- To work closely with purchasing to ensure stock availability
- Liaise with supply chain, supplier and logistics teams.
Key skills and experience required for the Key Account Coordinator:
- Previous experience of managing a complex order process, and experience looking after a large multisite B2B customer is essential.
- Strong customer care skills with the ability to understand customer needs, manage contractual requirements and nurture key relationships.
- Good organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Excellent commercial acumen with ability to identify additional revenue opportunities.
- Previous experience using a CRM/ERP system.
