Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Mastery: Conduct proactive maintenance on a variety of production equipment to minimise downtime.
Troubleshooting Pro: Quickly diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults to keep our operations flowing seamlessly.
Collaboration Champion: Work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Safety First: Uphold health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Documentation Dynamo: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical skills; familiarity with PLCs is a plus!
Certification: Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, to meet operational needs.
