Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of North Northamptonshire Council for a Property Support Officer to support the Housing Property Services team with a wide range of essential administrative duties.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the coordination and delivery of property completions, contributing to the council's ongoing housing initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate property completions and manage the associated administrative processes.

  • Liaise confidently and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support the team in achieving targets and progressing property purchases.

  • Review reports and handle sensitive information with accuracy and discretion.

  • Maintain and update spreadsheets and property records.



About You:

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in housing, ideally within an estate agency, conveyancing firm, legal environment, or housing association (this is essential).

  • Strong initiative and a proactive approach to progressing property transactions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage and interpret reports and data.
