We are seeking a Housing Officer for our social housing client based in Kettering on an initial contract paying £24 per hour Inside IR35. This is a full-time, onsite role (5 days per week).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting tenancy audits to ensure properties are well maintained

  • Carrying out mutual exchange property inspections

  • Visiting residents during their introductory tenancy period

  • Performing estate and block inspections to uphold community standards

  • Hosting accompanied viewings with prospective tenants

  • Signing up new tenancies and guiding residents through the onboarding process

  • Supporting the compliance team with access arrangements, including gas entry warrants

  • Assisting the property maintenance team in coordinating Stock Condition Surveys

Work Arrangement:

  • Fully onsite, Monday to Friday (5 days per week)

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in housing or tenancy management

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Confident conducting property visits and working directly with tenants

  • Understanding of social housing regulations and compliance
