Here at Aspire People, we are on the lookout for Level 2 TA's, Level 3 TA's, and HLTA's for a vibrant and nurturing special needs school in Kettering, dedicated to supporting children and young people with a range of complex learning difficulties, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), communication needs, and associated behaviours. We are looking for compassionate, committed, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our support team in September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a school where every child is truly valued and supported to reach their full potential.

The role
- Supporting students with a range of special educational needs in the classroom and through personalised learning
- Assisting teachers in the preparation and delivery of lessons and learning activities
- Promoting independence, communication, and social skills
- Providing emotional and behavioural support, where needed
- Helping create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment

About you
- You will ideally be qualified to Level 2 TA, Level 3 TA, or HLTA level however this is not essential if you have experience working with children, particularly those with SEN
- A caring and patient individual with a genuine passion for supporting young people with special needs
- Experience working in a special school or with children with SEN in another setting
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training and development
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
