The Role - What You'll Be Doing:As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will:- Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with SEN, SpLD, and other learning needs.- Assist class teachers in managing behaviour and adapting lessons.- Deliver tailored interventions and provide emotional and academic support.- Help create an inclusive, positive learning environment.?? We're Looking For:- Previous experience working as an SEN TA, SEND TA, or Learning Support Assistant.- Experience supporting children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Dyslexia, or other SpLDs.- Patience, empathy, and a creative, flexible approach to learning support.- A passion for helping every child achieve their full potential.�?
