SEN Teacher – Alternate Provision
Location: NN14, Northamptonshire
Position: Full-Time - (Temp to Perm)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £180 - £200 per day (depending on experience this is negotiable)

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? An Alternate Provision located in NN14 is looking for a dedicated and proactive SEN Teacher to join their team working with Key Stage 3 & 4, teaching English, Maths and Science. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students with additional needs and challenging behaviour in a nurturing, structured environment. 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working in a classroom setting, ideally within an alternate provision, PRU or SEN environment

  • Has a strong understanding of challenging behaviour and can confidently implement behaviour management strategies

  • Is resilient, calm under pressure, and committed to helping every child reach their potential

  • Brings strong communication skills, able to work effectively with students, staff and external professionals

  • Shows a team player attitude, ready to support colleagues and contribute to a positive school culture

  • Holds a QTS or equivalent
