The ideal individual will hold either AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualifications, be a RICS-registered valuer, and possess the ability to carry out valuations and Level 2 surveys effectively. In addition to being self-motivated, professional, and committed to delivering excellent client service within a collaborative team environment.

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
- Conducting valuations (including private) and surveys in accordance with RICS standards
- Carrying out Homebuyer and Building surveys (training can be provided on building surveys)
- Engaging with clients, providing professional advice and support
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery and client satisfaction
