Ecommerce Coordinator

Kettering - Hybrid Working 2-3 days on-site

£30,000 - £32,000

In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in supporting new and existing ecommerce projects.

Working closely with an external web development agency and collaborating with your internal team mates, you'll help drive enhancements, resolve issues, and contribute to an exceptional online experience for customers in the UK and abroad

What You'll Be Doing

  • Improve the online customer journey for a number of websites + brands
  • Be at the heart of the development process, briefing external agencies
  • Gather and define website requirements, collaborating with teams and external partners
  • Support key projects with research, planning, documentation, and data preparation
  • Carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure top-notch functionality
  • Play a crucial role inproject launch planning and testing
  • Identify opportunities for website improvements and enhancements

Additional Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain ecommerce processes and training materials
  • Handle meeting minutes, logs, and documentation
  • Support content and image updates, website audits, and general admin tasks across B2B & B2C platforms
  • Assist with reporting and data insights
