The role will involve picking up tickets passed by the 1st line team. Working to a 75% resolution rate the team are supported by the inhouse development team.
To be successful the Application Support Analyst will need a combination of industry knowledge and so basic technical skills.
Essential experience:
- An understanding supply chain process
- An understanding of warehouse and distribution process
- Previous ERP support experience
- A basic understanding of SQL and running SQL scripts
- A basic knowledge of Linux
- A basic knowledge of applications and integration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The successful Application Support Analyst will be offered a basic salary of between 30,000 to 38,000 + Company Benefits. There are excellent career prospects and training opportunities.
The role will be site based during the probation period and then will become hybrid.
