Pay: From 14.69 - 22.74 per hour

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator on behalf of our client based in Kidderminster. This role has the opportunity for a Permanent contract at the end of a successful trial period. Previous experience as a Machine Operator is required. Candidates must have their own transport due to location of this role.
The Duties of a Machine Operator:
- Set up and operate production machinery according to specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Record production data and report issues or inconsistencies
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
The Requirements of a Machine Operator:
- Previous experience operating machinery
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety procedures and technical instructions
- Ability to stand, lift, and move materials during shifts
- Occasional weekend work required due to shift pattern
- Must drive and have own transport
