Claire at Amber Mace is currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a well-established nursing home based in Kidderminster. This is a fantastic opportunity for an RGN (or an RMN with strong clinical skills) who has either worked as a Deputy Manager or is a confident Clinical Lead ready to step up.
About the role:
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home. You’ll lead and inspire the nursing and care team, ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered, and help maintain a warm, safe, and person-centred environment for residents.
What we’re looking for:
A qualified Nurse with valid NMC PIN (RGN ideally, RMN considered)
Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or strong Clinical Lead in a nursing home setting
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
A passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting your team
