Job Title:Dental Engineer

Location: Field based role - Kidderminster office

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 per week

Salary: 30,000 to 40,000 per annum depending on experience

THE ROLE

TheDental Engineerrole is responsible for servicing, commissioning and repair of all dental equipment covered by the overarching contracts.

You will be liaising with our account managers regarding the allocation of jobs, but you will be responsible for various elements of your own administration including recording service notes and parts orders on our Asset Management System, controlling your test equipment and inventories and complying with and carrying out personal risk assessments.

As part of our team of engineers you will be supporting (and receive support from) both your colleagues and your Senior Engineering Manager. You will receive training via our training academy to ensure that you develop your technical knowledge as regards equipment modalities as well as manufacturers.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience inDental Engineering is essential
  • Experienced background working with air lines, water and electrics
  • Good dental equipment knowledge to provide quotations
  • Excellent communication to be able to liaise with internal staff and key contacts at contracts
  • Attention to detail
  • Initiative and drive to work independently
  • Planning, time management, administration and organisational skills
  • IT literacy including Microsoft Office
