Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 + Performance Bonus
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Some weekends/flexible hours may be required) with typical working hours 7:30am - 17:00pm

We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Dispatch Supervisor to champion their dispatch operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. What You’ll Do:
- Take full ownership of the dispatch function — you’ll be the go-to person ensuring smooth and efficient outbound operations.
- Lead by example on the warehouse floor and support the wider logistics/warehouse team.
- Streamline operations
- Solve problems quickly, communicate clearly, and keep things moving — even when under pressure.
- Champion safety, accuracy, and high standards at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in dispatch or warehouse operations — ideally with some leadership or supervisory exposure.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the drive to go above and beyond.
- Someone ready to step up, take ownership, and grow with the business long term.
- Flexible and adaptable — weekend availability or late finishes may occasionally be required.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
