A welcoming and supportive primary school in Kidderminster is looking for an experienced Year 6 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a lovely school environment and make a real difference as pupils prepare for their end-of-year assessments.

The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Year 6 TA who can use their initiative and work closely with the class teacher to support pupils' progress. The successful candidate will:

Support small groups and individual pupils across a range of abilities

Deliver Year 6 booster and SATs intervention sessions

Have a solid understanding of Year 6 expectations and the national curriculum

Work confidently with both lower and higher ability children to help them achieve their full potential

Contribute to creating a positive and engaging classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working in Upper Key Stage 2, particularly Year 6
A good understanding of SATs preparation and targeted interventions
Strong initiative, flexibility, and a positive attitude
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
