Operational Services Supervisor
Hours: 37 Monday-Friday
Hourly rate: 16.17
Location: Kidderminster DY10 1HA
This is an office based role for 2-month temporary contract
Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Wyre Forest District Council for an Operational Services Supervisor to assist the Depot with office administration and deploying staff & resources.
As an integral member of the Operational Services team you will be responsible for leading frontline services to the residents of the Wyre Forest in the areas of Operational Services, including Waste, Street Scene and Parks Operations.
Main responsibilities will include:
- General office supervision
- Handing out keys
- Recording of any accidents and incidents
- People management including annual leave and hours.
- Organising staff uniform and resources
- Maintaining records for health and safety
- Work closely with Service and Senior Manager is to assist in service objectives.
Previous experience in a Waste, Transport or Facilities environment is desirable.
