The Role
This is a key Supervisory position within the manufacturing department, responsible for the day-to-day management of a team. You will ensure production targets are achieved, customer requirements are met, and all activities are carried out in line with established SOPs. The role plays an integral part in maintaining quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience working in either a Team Lead, Charge-hand, Supervisor or Management role within a manufacturing setting
- Experience using Sage 200
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of responsibilities
Package
- Salary of £39,000
