What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Production Painter and Prepper in an automotive environment.
- Expertise in paint application techniques, surface preparation, and paint mixing.
- Proficiency with spray guns and other painting equipment.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in colour matching.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in a painting setting.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
