Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk responsibilities:

  • Sole responsibility of purchase ledger
  • Ensure all invoices and credit notes are processed accurately and timely
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Assist in month-end closing and reporting
  • Work collaboratively with the Accounting & Finance team
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as required
