HVAC Specialist

Our client is a leading provider of high-end sleeper coaches and splitter vans, supplying customers across the music, comedy, events, theatre, TV production and sports industries. Their vehicles share many of the same systems and complexities as luxury motorhomes. What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in a relevant technical or vehicle maintenance role
• Strong knowledge of AC and DC electrical installation
• Proven experience with auxiliary vehicle heating and air?conditioning systems
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high?quality work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team.
• Confident in fault?finding and problem?solving.
• Solid understanding of workplace Health & Safety (with relevant certificates)

Desirable Backgrounds: Experience in one or more of the following luxury sectors is highly advantageous:

• High-end leisure vehicles
• Luxury yachts or motorboats
• Bespoke horseboxes with living accommodation
• Custom-built film and TV location vehicles

Ideal Skills & Technical Experience: Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be well suited to the role:

• 12v, 24v and 240v AC/DC distribution, charge circuit design, installation and alternation
• 32/3 phase integration (landline charging, 3 phase AC compressors)
• Solar charging system installation
• Hot and cold-water systems (toilets, sinks, showers) and diesel heater installation
• Air?conditioning and heating installation, integration and servicing
• Lamp?to?LED conversions, CanBus systems
• Installation of AV equipment
• Servicing and repair of auxiliary and habitation appliances (e.g. fridges, TVs)

Hours, Pay & Benefits

• Full?time role: 40-45 paid hours per week (excluding breaks)
