Description
The Assistant Finance Manager will:
- Ensuring that the processes for purchase ledger operate efficiently and accurately
- Advising to improve the efficiency and production of financial forecasts
- Assisting in monitoring budgets ensuring expenditure is controlled in accordance with the budget, procedures, levels of delegated authority and financial control/audit requirements
- Supporting in creating an annual budget, including direct, indirect costs and overheads
- Ensuring quarterly VAT return is completed accurately and on time
- Ensuring monthly bank reconciliations are completed accurately and on time
- Line Management of the 2 staff members
Profile
The Assistant Finance Manager will be/have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Ideally experience of line management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of working with internal and external partners
- Computer literate and experience using Financial system/s
- Immediately available
