Description
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function to support strategic objectives.
- Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisation.
- Provide detailed financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive performance improvements.
- Monitor and analyse financial KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.

Profile
A successful Head of FP&A should have:
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proven experience in a PE backed business.
- A solid understanding of financial reporting and data analysis.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and decision support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
