We’re currently working with a well-established, independent financial planning firm in Oxfordshire that’s looking to hire an experienced Senior Paraplanner within their planning function.

This isn’t your average paraplanning role. If you thrive on shaping long-term strategies, contributing to meaningful financial planning, and want to play a central role in client relationships — this is a standout opportunity.

You’ll be involved from day one of the client journey, working alongside Financial Planners to craft bespoke, values-driven advice. You'll also support ongoing team development and help embed best practices across the paraplanning function.

The Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a financial planning paraplanning role
  • Level 4 Diploma qualified in Regulated Financial Planning (Chartered Desirable)
  • Strong technical understanding across pensions, investments, tax planning, and estate planning
  • Experience using cashflow modelling tools
  • Confident attending client meetings
  • Naturally detail-focused and numerate, with a collaborative and forward-thinking mindset
  • Able to support, mentor, and guide less experienced paraplanners
