Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef

  • Supporting the Head Chef in leading the brigade and running the kitchen day to day
  • Delivering beautifully presented, high-quality dishes with consistency and care
  • Contributing to menu development and seasonal changes
  • Overseeing stock, ordering, and kitchen organisation
  • Training, mentoring, and inspiring junior team members
  • Maintaining exceptional food hygiene and safety standards

This role is ideal for a talented and driven Senior Sous Chef (or ambitious Sous Chef) with experience in 3 Rosette or Michelin-level kitchens, looking to thrive in a nurturing, independent environment with serious culinary ambition.
