With a presence across multiple cities in the UK, their mission is to provide strategic solutions that empower businesses to bring transformative interventions to market.Your new roleYou'll step into the position of HR Manager for a fixed term period of up to 15 months to cover maternity leave.This role places you at the forefront of all HR-related activities, where you'll provide generalist support across all levels of the organisation, assist with strategic initiatives, and drive the People agenda to align with the company's overarching goals.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing HR policies
  • Supporting performance management
  • Onboarding new hires
  • Facilitating training sessions
  • Promoting workplace engagement and wellbeing.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Solid experience as an HR Manager or the ambition to take that next career leap into this leadership position.
  • A deep understanding of UK employment law.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • You'll also need a proactive approach to developing line management capabilities, handling employee relations, and coordinating benefits programs.
