An exciting opportunity has become available for a dedicated HR Business Partner to come and join our clients team based in Oxfordshire. This role is to join a thriving secondary school, and to manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Team.
This position is fully based onsite within term time, and you will be required to work closely once a week with the Central HR Team, participating in team meetings, events and learning development sessions.
Your focus will be on developing the HR Team at the academy and aligning all HR processes with Trust policy and statutory guidelines whilst reporting to the headteacher for operational requirements and directly reporting into the head of HR. Over time, you may have the opportunity to support other schools and grow as a multi-site HR Business Partner.
What skills/experience are required?
- It is essential to have proven and demonstrable experience working in a Schools HR environment
- Previous experience in managing complex employee relations cases
- Excellent and high organisational and communication skills
- Be confident with building strong working relationships
- Existing HR Business Partner or an aspiring HR professional ready to take the next step within their career
- A strong and thorougher understanding of working within the education HR legislation and best practice
This position is within a very fast paced environment that involves a variety of duties. You must be a multi-tasker and be able to prioritise your workload accordingly.

Salary: £44,000 - £47,000 FTE
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 4.30 or 08.00 - 4.00 totalling 37 hours a week (Our client could consider 30 hours a week)
