With over 180 skilled lawyers, they provide unrivalled service in HR, employment, and immigration law, both domestically and internationally. The Oxford team consists of four partners and eight qualified lawyers, all dedicated to delivering exceptional results for their clients.

Your RoleAs an Employment Associate, you will:

  • Assist senior associates and partners with a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work.
  • Manage your own matters under supervision, ensuring direct contact with a variety of clients.
  • Participate in business development efforts, knowledge-sharing, and training initiatives.
  • Benefit from a tailored career progression plan, guided by a dedicated Talent Partner.

Candidate ProfileWe're looking for someone who:

  • Has 0-4 years of PQE in employment law, ideally from a respected employment team.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills and a clear communication style (both spoken and written).
  • Approaches client service with a commercial mindset and enjoys business development.
  • Is a true team player, ready to collaborate and innovate.

IT Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other essential tools (training will be provided).
  • Familiarity with time recording software (Intapp TIME).
